Products available for sale on this website are subject to these terms and conditions. By purchasing products on this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and you are bound by the version available on the site at the date of purchase.

Order availability

We will ship products that are in stock within 1-2 working days of receiving your order and payment. We make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information about product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will send you an e-mail telling you how soon we will be able to ship the order. If you wish to cancel the order, you may do so. We will take appropriate steps to reimburse any payment you have made in respect of the product.

All text, images, pictures and photographs are copyright of the respective manufacturers or Maxcar1. Any use of text or pictures without the owner's consent or written prior permission will be considered an infringement of copyright.

Your representations

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement and to use any debit or credit card used to purchase goods or services on this site. You also warrant that all information you have provided is accurate and true.

Prices

All prices stated on the website are inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of delivery costs, except where stated. Prices and availability of products may be changed at any time without notice.

Payment

Where payment is made by credit or debit card, you authorise us to debit your card with the total cost of the products selected plus VAT and delivery costs. Any refunds made in respect of returns or cancellation will be made to the same card. If your card cannot be verified or is any way unacceptable, the order will be cancelled immediately.

Money transfer (contact us for details).

Postal orders in £ Sterling (GBP).

Cheques drawn on a UK Bank. Please allow up to 7 working days for cheques to clear.

Cheques drawn on a non-British bank including Euro cheques are not acceptable due to large transaction fees.

Title

Title to the product passes at the time of despatch from our warehouse. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused during delivery. We will however normally replace loss items and seek reimbursement from the Post Office / Courier.

Liability

We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business or other consequential, special or indirect loss arising out of the use of any product purchased from this site.
